4 075 kg lauryl alcohol and 781 kg anhydrous glucose are sequentially added into the reaction kettle, 11.7kg p-toluenesulfonic acid is added as catalyst under stirring, heated to 100 ℃ at 0.005 MPa, reacted for 8 h, and produced water with N2. Cooling, neutralizing and filtering with NaOH. The collected filtrate is distilled under reduced pressure, and the fraction at 180 ℃ is collected under a vacuum of 0.09 MPa to obtain the product.
